Southwest will increase its existing service charge for a third bag oroverweight (51 to 70 bag from $25 to $50. Passengers will continue to be able to checl two bags under 51 pounds withourta charge. "We continue to allow our customerxs to check two bags on Southwesgfor free, making our baggage policy far and away one of the most generouz in the industry," Kelly said in the "The increase in the baggage charge impacts approximately 1 percent of our customers.
