The asphalt terminals, owned by Tulsa, Okla.-baseed , are located in Saginaw, Texas; Gloucestee City, N.J.; and Newport News, Va. ” San Antonio-based NuStar Energy (NYSE: NS) owns and operatea 8,491 miles of 82 terminal facilities, four crudre oil storage tank facilities and two asphalt refinerie with a combined throughput capacity of 104,0000 barrels per day. It is one of the largest asphaltr refiners and marketers inthe U.S. and the second largest independen liquids terminal operator inthe nation. NuStar has operations in the Unitexd States, the Netherlands Antilles, Canada, the Netherlands and the Unitesd Kingdom.
