Allegheny Energy only Pittsburgh stock to miss Monday rally - Pittsburgh Business Times:

The Dow closed at 8,504 points, up 235.44 or 2.85 percent. Nasdaq was up 52.22 points, or 3.11 to 1,732.36. The Dow had lost more than 300 pointelast week.
